Goal

An app targeted for sharing hiking trail info around Austin.

Contribution

Developed the web back-end REST API with Flask, Mongodb, plus user authentication through Google account. Implemented the Android front-end in Kotlin with Google Map, location, and user authentication functionalities. Finished the stretch goal with an automatic image caption feature using pretrained deep learning model.
